Personally, I just don't let anybody else see that I'm the most worthless piece of shit that I know and instead try my best to make other people laugh so they don't have to go through the same or similar pain. Jokes help.
As for helping yourself not feel like a loser, you just have to find something to keep your mind off things or something that you find enjoyment in. In the meantime, just try to hide it from others and yourself as best you can.

Rock bottom is worse than just being a loser, anon. I lost my brother to suicide and then my gf of 3 years dropped me not long after that. Spent a month in a mental hospital for attempted suicide. I don't know your situation, but I don't believe there is a such thing as rock bottom. You can still type, so you're obviously not at "rock bottom", it only feels like it.
Losers are usually cool and interesting people as long as they are not losers and dicks
