It has never happened before to anyone else. If I eat food or do light exercise I get side effects that can't be undone. So I am not eating or moving until the end of the day, by then I hope something good will happen or I'll have to kill myself.

That's the problem, I'm not dying, but I can't wait and the solution is far away - suicide is closer but harder.

I am waiting calmly because I can't even walk fast or eat a small amount of food without bad side effects. I can't exert myself. If I wait or check into a hospital, they will make me wait longer and I don't have time, especially not to explain to them AND get them to believe that I have a disease that is unheard of, more like a mix of 2 but a lot faster (e.g. acromegaly takes decades to get unbearable, this takes merely minutes, hours)

I know what could cure me but it is so far away, they may make me wait months or IDK, I need it TODAY or tomorrow at the most. I need a specialist doctor, it's a lot of work.

I do not want to die but I see It as the only thing I can do.
