tldr weird ass bump in pic on balls, what do
I woke up feelin fine, got home and changed into my PJs for max relax, and immediately felt immense sharp pain in my scrotum when I happened to accidentally squeeze my legs together.
I checked what was up and it so happened that I have some weird looking bump on my sack with dark red around a single white dot. If I leave it alone it's fine but messing with it hurts like hell.
Anyone know what this is? Any suggestions? This isn't something I really care to involve a doctor with yet and I'd prefer not to shell out the money either.
I'm sure it isn't an STD because there's only one bump and I haven't had any sexual contact in years nor any signs of infection (and that contact was a pretty clean BJ)

i think its a pimple too. it just really hurts because that shit hurts on ball skin. its a sensitive area.
i've had tiny pimples on my balls before and it hurt like hell.
