Years ago when I was involved with the wrong kind of people I knew a guy who did some gun running. Genuinely scary guy, 1%er, full time biker, first made his money moving meth before it was all rednecks blowing themselves up, the kind of guy who could stare down three or four guys half his age and have them pissing themselves before anything even went down.

His business wasn't anything huge, just sourcing pre-ban rifles from Canada, dropping in a new sear, and turning them around to idiots who didn't understand that the ATF would fuck your ass. It was good money for him, so he flipped up to serving bangers Ravens and Jimenez/Bryco/Jennings.

Two years after I made myself scarce he went to the ATF himself because prison was safer than what he ran himself into. In the US.
