Hi.

I moved to a studio apartment and this is my first time ever living by myself. I am living basic from supermarket deli and fast food chains and it is just terrible.

I have an oven and a fridge at home so I would like to know how to take the best advantage out of it.

Main objectives are:
>save a lot of money
>know how to kook
>eat healthy

How's your day like, usually? What do you eat for breakfast? Do you have lunch at home or at work? Dinner? Do you ever eat out? Any allergies or foods you don't like?

I work at second shift and I usually eat when I leave work.

I have acid reflux so I cannot really eat a lot of stuff that contains acid.

I do not really eat much but the main meal of the day that is usually after hours.

I just moved out so I do not even have a pot yet.
