Well I never NOTICED any problems using torrents but I torrent on some old computer that I can't tell if it's fucked up from viruses or from being old.
If you mean dangerous from the legal point of view... well I would be worried in the UK or fancy countries like that but I live in South America so piracy is the way to go :^)

this, if you live in any 3rd world country then you are good to go. Living in México, I've been pirating my games for 15-16 years, and I haven't had a single legal issue.

About viruses, try to run your AV before executing anything and you're ok

I live in Third world PooInLoo so I never had problems.
I can't really recommend pirating if you're in first world where legal actions can be taken.
Though I have heard that maybe using VPN will help. Who knows, maybe few other anons who live in first world who use vpn can tell you.

You'll be fine pirating games as long as you do two things
1. Download Psiphon 3 (free VPN) and run it while downloading/seeding anything.
2. Download in private browsing so there's no evidence in your history

If you're in Europe it works as well I'm pretty sure.

I did it once and now i have aids.
