I cant post pictures because. Of the rules but i struggle to pull my foreskin when erect unless i use lube or saliva

stretch it twice a day for 30mins, like 30sec stretch, 15sec pause.

stretch so you feel it but it shouldn't hurt.

do that for a month or two.
