Alright, I'm pretty lackluster in handy skills; but I managed to put this desk together!
...Everything seems fine, it's slightly wobbly but still solid.
This came in the box...and I have no idea what they're for.

They might be spacers. They go in between two other pieces, to stop the wobbling.

Nice desk! Isn't there any paper with directions on how to build the desk and where each part goes?
OP here, got this desk from a friend who was moving and couldnt take it with him, he had the box and some few pieces but nothing else, no instruction manual =\
some of the wobbly is due to very small gaps in some pieces here and there, but its like 1mm or less, these wooden pieces are 2-3 mm thick....

Did your friend use these pieces?
Did you ask him?
Maybe they aren't so important

=\ no idea on his part either, he never used them and doesnt remember having anything about them...
I suppose it's not important.....desk holds up just fine, and has been like this for the last couple years for him.

So ignore them and enjoy your new desk. I also ignored some little pieces of a furniture for the living room and it's ok
Hard to tell but they might be shims if they're slightly wedge shaped, they're used to level furniture on uneven floors.
