Pain which I believe might be to do with perineum/epididymis after a few days of non stop rough sex. Girl has no STDS or STIs. Can anyone medfags give me suggestions?
define pain.
and what, perineum or epididymis? those are quite apart.
keeping the region cool wouldn't hurt, I guess.

Very dull ache but the left testicle is quite tender to touch. It doesn't hurt to touch but it makes the ache more intense. The ache originates from both just behind the testicle and below. Worsens when sitting down.

She probably landed on it wrong once and you didn't notice.

If it's swollen might be in your kidney, a small blockage presents there. Drink a bunch of water for two days.

Doesn't feel very swollen just very tender.

She did land on it funny once but that was on the penis itself and the pain went after a few hours. A day or 2 later the testicle pain emerged when I woke up one morning. Also, surely if she landed on it wrong, there would be a chronic bruising pain rather than an ache that comes and goes?

Genitals are weird. It could have been anything. This has happened to me before. I'm nearly 40 and I've been married for a while and I have a decent amount of sexual experience. If it doesn't go away in the next couple of days you might go get a referral to a urologist.

Sounds like a plan. It's worsened since posting this. Feels like I've been kicked in the balls. I'm travelling tomorrow but I'll see if there's a walk in clinic where I'm staying.

testicle pain is almost always cancer unless you hit it and dont remember

kidneys filter out toxins how would his balls contain toxins

That might be a bit more exigent, but it might not. If you have decent insurance, you might just go into a walk in clinic and get an opinion on it. Maybe one that looks at a lot of cocks, like a clinic in a bad neighborhood.

Testicular cancer is pretty uncommon. It's usually an infection or tissue damage.

And unless there's broken skin it's usually tissue damage and goes away.
