That's so weird. I jelq 10 mins three times a week. 5min warmup in shower. Do my stretches. And I jelq when only not fully erect using the "okay" hand symbol. So far no broken dick for me. Yes I have heard MULTIPLE stories of people getting hurt. I always try to play it safe, you know? You only have one dick and it's the most sensitive part of your body. When I get too erect, I stop. When I feel minor pain while jelqing, I stop. I do proper warm ups and warm downs. I also do the proper stretches.
