Do you think toastmasters might help me? I've never been to one but I kind of heard about them

Practice your fucking script. Seriously, this is the best advice you can get. You should be able to deliver your script with confidence and conviction while asleep on drugs.

From there, practice with a friend and have them throw objections at you so you can practice your rebuttals until they come out like second nature.
