Ive been having alot of self confidence issues lately mostly because I lost 2 female friends who were important to me but I somehow still managed to lose them outta nowhere after even playing it safe by not trying have a relationship with either of them and yet they kicked me to curb for no reason and I ended falling into a depression having lost the two people I thought I could be myself with and even tried fixing things but they just treated me like strangers and now I think have moved on but now I still feel like a loser beta for crying and being depressed for all of that and now I have no female friends,gf or anyone I could truly be myself with

What should I do?

Were they both single while they were friends with you? Maybe they liked you romantically, but got boyfriends and moved on. If this is the case, then I'd recommend that you become more sensitive to other's intentions.
