Try minoxidil, you can get it over the counter. Hair won't fall out as long as you take it, it takes some month to see effects.

I was probably worser than you. Just embrace it, or work for the money to add hair, by the time u have it u probably wont care.
I was a virgin and cared alot about my looks. But i also have a big crooked nose. In the end i just wanted some1 i could love other than family ofc, and realized i wouldnt be happy if it was with some1 that cared about looks.
Basically i treated everyone the same since they probably wouldnt even consider to date me and lowered my standards a fucking lot.
