I have a new job tomorrow , and I know I'm not going to be able to sleep.

Any tips ? Ima go to the gym to do cardio for 30 mins and use the sauna to calm me the fuck down. I can't push in the gym today cuz I do manual labor. I have 4 hours before I have to sleep to get atleast 7 hours of sleep.
