hey /adv/
any help dealing with hangovers?
just went on a massive binge last night, drank lots of beer, some drinks and smoked a whole lot
body is hurt, head is in hell, didn't get proper sleep, and probably the worse thing is over smoking, as it feels like your lung just necro inside
so /adv/, how do you deal with hangovers?!

Just relax and take it easy. Alcohol dehydrates body so make sure you drink lots of water and everything will be fine in matter of hours.

i get a ton of water, some weed, and some ibuprofen. i consume these things while sitting on the floor in the shower for a while. when this is complete, i get some greasy, bread and meat based food and consume that. i usually feel serviceable at the least by the end of this process. ive also heard that juicing celery and chugging that helps a lot too, but i havent been able to try it yet

Drink a shitton of water
Warm-up
Go for a run (20-30 min usually does it for me)
Go back home
Drink some more water
Any intense physical exercise will shock your body, you'll end up tired but you'll sleep well
