Don't have mouth open so much, the shape almost gives the appearance if buck teeth. Also open mouth causes dryer mouth causes bad breath.
Facial hair isn't strictly necessary but avoid a thin "chin strap" or a neck beard. Either have facial hair or don't, don't have a "I haven't shaved in 3 days" beard because it's dumb looking. If you want short facial hair then get cheap clippers and every few days or so shorten it to anywhere from 1/4-1/8 inch depending on what you want, just make sure it's even because some parts of your face may grow hair faster than others. Remember, beard goes up to the top of where the ear connects to your head.
Long hair is a yes so long as it's clean (not greasy/oily) and isn't full of knots. If you go for long hair get it trimmed every month or two to get rid of split ends. I know it doesn't seem important but I
to have really bad split ends and my hair looked dry/dead. Get a fancy shampoo and conditioner that has argan oil or something like that. Forget the exact name.
