For the past week I have been shitting bright red blood. I'm not at all constipated and it doesn't hurt at all. It's just poop covered in tons of fresh blood. Am I dying? Could it just be hemorrhoids? I thought that was supposed to hurt.

There are a number of causes, it could simply be an anal fissure or piles, the worst case scenario is potentially colon cancer

consult your doctor immediately, not sure why you haven't sooner.

If it's red, as in fresh blood, then it's probably not a big deal. It's when it's internal, and processed black that you have to worry. Still get checked out, but the chances of it being serious are probably 1%

Bright red blood is a symptom of lower GI bleed. Go to the ER.
