All my work is in evenings so I kinda have to. But is it bad for health?
Can it cause fatigue?

less energy
everything takes longer to complete
That's the two things I noticed.

I'm more efficient in the evening. Find your own rhythm. If you aren't following it you'll get tired anyways. It does not take too bad long if you keep a sleep journal.
So for example I fell alseep at 4 and woke up at 2.

If you get migraines, have transit issues and mood swings, then it might be related. Some people adapt some people can't.

I get anxious, and I feel hot often , and feel tired quit a lot. But to be honest I find this sleep rhythem I actually get more sleep. With more normal sleep rythems I often just lay in bed for hours. I feel less tired then I have in the past with the whole going to sleep at 10 and waking up at 8 thing. I still feel tired. But maybe I'm not tired and this is just normality, maybe normality is simply tiring if that makes sense. Although I do have days where I feel alert, they just seem rare. When I get a day like that I always think " so this is what its like to be normal" and then I start getting tired again. Done rambling. I wish I had energy :(

>Diet ?
>Any stress or interpersonal problem ?
"I'm gonna give you vitamins, if you don't get better in 3weeks come back.
>Come back

Yeah...I've been to the docter and they say I may have some form of muscle dystrophy or atrophy. Just waiting on more appointments . I was just hoping that maybe there would be some new insight here just because its depressing getting tired after doing so little and feeling like a lazy shit.
