pentobarbital is the best bet imo, if you look for exit internationals book there is info about getting it.

there were a whole bunch of chemical substances that would have been perfect....
worse case scenario, use a helium or nitrogen exit bag, thats equally painless, easier to obtain, it just leaves an obvious cause of death unless you have someone who can destroy the tank and exit bag for you.
