I have the same problem. I figured that if you get disappointed in your life too many times your brain develops a defense mechanism to never hope for anything good or positive. If it gets out of hand it becomes a serious issue thou. I personally can't talk to a woman because I see the rejection ahead of time and whenever I try something new or go somewhere new I always think of what can go wrong. It's not a happy life and it will probably waste me soon.

I have this problem a bit, but I've found a workaround.

Ask yourself these questions:

> Can I be skeptical of this thing/person, but not feel angry about it?
> Why am I angry?
> What are the negative consequences of this thing/person being fake?
> Is it within the realm of possibility that this thing/person could be genuine/true?

Go through these thought processes enough and you'll teach yourself to be able to remain skeptical, but not be bitter about it.
Replace anger with whatever negative emotion you feel.

I score as intp and I have this issue too. Although the "issue" is too fun for me to bother trying to fix.

Although if you do some shit like sperg out and talk about blacks having low IQ in public you may have an issue worth fixing. But if the extent of your debating IRL is just defending trump for the bantz then that's probably no biggie.
