Upper arm, below the elbow still.
You don't want to fuck up your tendons near your wrist. Be careful, dont go too deep to burst a major vein or whatever and use clean tools. Listen to some good music and take it easy. Good times will ensue. Its a thing that will make you unable to use t-shirts outdoors for the rest of your life so think carefully.
Upper thighs are good if you want to hide it.
Also make sure you dont need to do anything for the next few days, you might be damn sore and you dont want wounds opening while in public.
