Riccolla (idk how to spell it) dual action cough drops really help numb throat pain.
Dripping nose, possibly mucinex IF your snot is green and/or yellow

those supplements might be making you sick if they have shit in them like artificial sweeteners which alot of shit like that does if its something cheaply made. the vitamins/minerals are not useful to your body if they are synthetic and shit. just eat some good hot food and drink alot of water and rest imo
