You both have representation of what your relation should be, and you don't agree with her on that. Knowing that, she will not change for your ass unless you're driving her crazy and unless you are making all your expectation explicit.
Once you do that, there will be no guarantee that she follows you in a close, intimate relationship and you will suffer from it.
