Ok I've seen my fair share of gory images, but this one on /b/took the cake. Some bastard started a ylyl thread, said keep it sfw, yet posted an image of these poor little boys with the caption "hammer time". The next panel showed they're destroyed skulls. Wtf man. Really wtf. Just a couple days ago I saw a severed dog head too. HOW DO I GET THIS NASTY SHIT OUT MY HEAD

I fucking sucks dude. I thought I was on internet and nothing could hurt me but then when I went to sleep I had images of this little girl who had gotten her face ripped of. Almost had a panic attack in bed and had to do something else to get my mind of it. Haven't seen the image ever again and by now I've almost forgotten what it looked like.

Images can really fuck you up even though it doesn't feel that way. I suggest you to try not to focus on it and stop going to places where you might see more. Sooner or later you might forget it.

Otherwise you've got PTSD and then it's therapy.
