You're going along with societal decay. What you're doing helps accelerate the rate of which our society will crumble, everything your ancestors worked towards will come to a ruin.

But it's likely that western society will fall anyways within our lifetimes since we might be too far gone, so fuck it. Stop chasing women. You're the one acting on that impulse and it's up to you to stop that. Start by increasing your standards, if you're able to have sex with any woman you meet your standards are too fucking low. If she isn't a respectable woman who you'd want to settle down with then fuck her (don't actually fuck her), she's a waste of time and she doesn't matter to you. Your standards of women should be high and you should look down on roasties, not chase after them.

Stop watching porn. If you have that shit saved to your computer delete it. Porn is degenerate.
Look into religion, even if it's not something you believe in religion provides good moral guidelines to act within.
Spend your free time focusing on productive activities. Instead of watching a show or playing vidya or browsing 4chan, go and work out, develop a skill, read a book. And not a shit book with a boring story, read something that will make you a better person. Books about philosophy, history, or books where the story holds value.
