If you really have no idea what's wrong with you ask girls you interact with if there's anything that's bothering them about you and ask them to be honest as you're asking it just because you want to change.

You could also read some books about basic social interaction like "The Social Animal" by David Brooks and "How to make friends and influence people" by Dale Carnagie, maybe they'll give you some clue as to what you're doing wrong.
