i actually wanted to fwb but he didn't. he said one of the other reasons for breakup is because he doesn't want to hurt me anymore, and to prevent me from hurt in the future. so i guess he thinks it's better if we don't have any relationships going on.

They can't really self-improve because the things that repel guys from women are almost always 100% personality related. Becoming more organized, reading, and getting a better job or whatever isn't going to make him fall in love with you, or regret not having you.

Going to the gym might make him wanna fuck you, but as the saying goes, no matter how hot a woman is, there is some guy out there tired of fucking her.
