Righto I'm gonna jump in with a bit of possible broscience here so I could be wrong as fuck but I'll try to help out.

Supposedly there are diamond edged surgical blades that surgeons use, they have extremely sharp edges and can cut through things like butter.

I did a bit of a look up one day to find that they frequently use the fake diamond which is man made but doesn't take away from sharpness.

If you need the absolute sharpest shit around, OP, you need obsidian blades. Way sharper than metal when properly knapped, though harder to maintain. Personally, I recommend learning how to make your own: not only does this save money, it also means you don't need to get blades in the mail anymore.
