keep practicing. if you have siblings/parents you dont talk to, practice with them too

Read "How to make friends and influence people" by Dale Carnagie, "The 48 laws of power" by Robert Greene and "The Social Animal" by Eliot Aronson.

And yeah, practice it. Talk to people, observe their reactions and try to figure out why they react the way they do. Try to see every discussion from the other persons perspective.

not op but I like the idea of interpals. too bad i'm old and with no life experience so I have nothing to talk about with people my age. and if I talk to younger people like I was trying to do it will be disastrous like I posted about last night. fug
