Forces you to use area code, if not it won't even try to send (all spaces must be filled).
Pretty sure I know my phone number.
Automatically adds 1 for all west hem based countries.
Tried reinstallation multiple times of both facebook and tinder.
Data, wifi is not an option. My phone is my only source of internet.

Seriously no one can solve this problem, not even Tinder.
I have had other people physically look at my settings on both apps and could not solve it.
