Is this acne? I don't know what this stuff is. I starated getting this mid July, and it continued to get worse. I've been putting lotion on this stuff but it's not seeming to affecting anything.

It doesn't itch, but it's unattractive in my opinion. I'm nineteen, and haven't had a problem with acne other than on my face.

Any idea what this stuff is?

Keratosis pilaris. And no, you can't do shit about it other than exfoliate and moisturize

Your best bet is to get an exfoliating glove and use that when you shower. Max 3x a week. After your daily shower, apply body lotion. Preferably something containing BHA, AHA or urea
