Alright /adv/ I just read a thread asking about side effects of jerking off many times a day and I've decided I really need to chill the hell out. I've never seen any valid reasons to stop until today, but I think it's time for a nofap.
I jerk it at least once or twice a day. Though three isn't uncommon. In the past I've gone three maybe four days in a row without fapping but it was only because I was on vacation with my family. During our most recent vacation (about a month ago) I found it particularly challenging and caved after a couple of days.
Here are my questions:
Should I stop cold turkey or take a couple of days to slow down?
How long will it take to notice the mental effects of not jerking off?
Any general tips to keep me from my temptations?
