If you haven't talked to her online yet, don't. Talk to her in person when you see her. She's sending very positive signals so just relax. These things are like gravity, there's very little you can do to mess it up if you just be open and friendly to her and go with the flow. That means primarily showing an interest in her. So show (don't tell) that you have an interest in her. Whether that's being chatty with her, inviting her out for coffee/whatever, or just fucking smile when she looks at you.

Add her back on Facebook and just send her this simple, short message:

"Oh hey, thanks for adding me! See you in class on Thursday."

After that, you're going to have to man up and try talking to her in person. Give her a normal smile with one of those little hand-raise waves, then say something like: "Sorry, I've been busy. Thanks for the Facebook add. How've you been?"

Let the conversation flow naturally from there. Then, when it feels like it's winding down, ask her if she'd like to hang out and grab some lunch/coffee/whatever on campus. Make sure it's a public place and not a creepy invitation to your dorm room or apartment.
