For a couple of weeks now had a weird slightly risen white line my tongue....does anyone know what it is?

That's a nice tongue with no fissures. Keep up the good work. I got fissures from some vitamin deficiency I forgot. There is no cure. Acidic food like lemonade burns my tongue after a while because of it.
