So our families got together Sunday night which was the night we came back from Tokyo. They were just sitting at our apartment with Hana-nee and neither of us had any clue they were coming this early since we expected Monday. So naturally we were shocked when my little sister (her name is Kokono but we just call her Koko-chan) greeted me at the door.

Kanon-chan is an only child so her father pretty much didn't allow her to date at all which is why she spent so much time around me and my sister. He's a pretty scary guy since he has these large eyebrows that make him look angry all the time. Anyways, everyone greeted both of us.

Me and Kanon-chan walked in holding hands and she had her arm wrapped around my waist and was cuddling her cheek on top of my head so that was already a dead give away. Kanon-chan's father asked us in this kind of joking/scary way what happened while they were gone and left us alone. We had no choice so I went forward and said that me and Kanon-chan were dating now and kind of apologized for not telling them. Both of our mothers just said how cute it was that we were dating and how they always joked about it when we were kids. Her dad said he's happy it was at least me who was dating Kanon-chan and said that me, him, and my dad were going to need to talk to just me alone over some drinks and just gave me this half-hearted pat on the back

We went out to dinner that night and it was mostly our moms just reminiscing about stuff. I made the mistake of letting loose to both of our dads that me and Kanon-chan stayed at a hotel together. Sorry it's like 4 AM here and I'm staying up to do work I skipped out on to do that date with Kanon-chan.

So me and Kanon-chan took off earlier on Saturday morning and checked into our hotel before dropping some of our stuff off at the room. At Disneysea, we started off with a few of the normal rides like Journey to the Center of the Earth. Those rides weren't too bad. Then we rode Raging Spirits which was an okay rollercoaster. I mean there wasn't much aside from Kanon-chan grabbing my hand during each of the faster rides because she's deathly afraid of fast rides and I'm scared to death of heights. It was your normal day at the amusement park but Kanon-chan was holding my hand throughout the entire time.

It was fun to finally get the couple deals all the time and not have to fake it. There was a time when she tried to feed me ice cream and ended up covering my eyes in ice cream so I put some of the whipped cream on her nose. We were able to laugh about it a lot. There was also some lost little kid who Kanon-chan stayed with to look for her parents while I just sat there because the little kid was afraid of me.

At night, we got to see the night show, and at the end, It was beautiful with all the lights and colors in the sky. I kissed Kanon-chan when she wasn't expecting it. She held me hand and leaned against me and said she wanted to be able to do this many years into the future. She said she always dreamed of taking 3 kids with her to watch this show and how lonely it felt when she was an only child. I joked that she was thinking too far ahead. She kissed me and said she'll make sure I don't ever forget about the promise.

So we held hands and made a promise to come back and have fun like this again for many years in the future.

I've been considering a career in Japan, and therefore I've researched a bit on whether or not my medications will transfer easily. The one thing I will say I've found in this research is that Japanese birth control pills are on far lower dosages than American. A lot of American females at least have complained that they've had to drop to a much lower level of hormones, which sometimes don't work as well when used to treat other issues outside of just simply preventing pregnancy (such as PMS symptoms and acne issues.)
For example, I actually only have periods once or twice a year, because I use the pill to skip them. The hormones are strong enough to completely override the system, if that makes any sense.
That being said though, I can't say for certain Japanese pills are necessarily inferior or don't work as well in preventing pregnancy.

As for the period question, honestly the only thing everyone should know about them is literally every girl is different. And sometimes, every individual period is different. When I did get them regularly, sometimes they'd be heavy, other times light. Sometimes I'd get bad mood swings, other times I didn't. Only thing you can do for a lady on the rag is whatever she tells you to do, and to not take it too personally if she gets angry or upset with you for no reason. Don't get walked all over either though, she should probably apologize for her behavior after the fact. If she starts getting mad for no reason, your best bet will be to just leave her alone for a bit. You don't have to take her hormonal rage, and she'll get over it when she's more balanced after it's done.
