I want to approach zen but I subconsciously know that I want to do so as a way to cope with my inferiority complex and my failures irl.

I subconsciously know that I want to use it so I can say "I'm spiritually higher than you" since I suck in all other fields. But I want to abandon my old shitty self and really embrace zen.
