my gf is terrible in bed, proposed a solution

as the title states, my gf is a pretty bad lay. she doesn't like being on top, not very vocal, little noise, and isn't comfortable with certain techniques. this results in me doing a lot of the physical work and having to take care of both of our needs. i'm getting fed up with it. she refuses to work on it and so i made a proposal to her yesterday.

a bit of relevant information: her best/close friend is a bit of a slut in present day. she broke up with her long-term bf before the summer and has resorted to tinder for hook ups once she got lonely/horny. she's a good looking, petite asian girl so she has been getting a decent amount of attention. she details these encounters to my gf and considers herself to be very sex positive.

i brought up the possibility of my gf improving her oral skills by learning from someone first hand and she was interested. she feels very self-conscious about her lack of experience/technique so i figured this was a good way of learning since she wasn't really improving by reading tutorials or watching porn. i considered using the internet to find a local girl but was weary of possible issues that could come up. we didn't talk about it for a week or so till yesterday when she showed interest in following through with it. i brought up her friend as a possibility and asked if she would be interested in something like this. my gf thought about it for awhile and then texted her friend who turned out to be very interested and thought it would be a lot of fun. she agreed to meet up with us on tuesday and have a discussion about it just so we're all on the same page.

has anyone ever organized a similar arrangement before? anyone suggest a way of finding a new girl if need be? we haven't discussed boundaries yet but my gf insists that her friend actually perform oral on me to demonstrate. i'm unsure how that would go and i don't think my gf exactly knows what she's asking for when she says that.
