Its all about algorithms, making sure each field has been set parametric and keeping up with the bugs. If anything you are good at, that is watching porn and looking through useless information that is on the internet while playing games. Pathetic.

If that idea is that good, you might as well sell it, programming is something that takes time.
Start with C+ tutorials, and then learn other languages.
There is a C+ tutorial about making your own text based rpg, might be a good way to start off...

I'm not really that knowledgeable on programming, merelly said some basic of basics.
Plus designing an app out of nowhere is unrealistic. Especially a dating app.
You'd be better off trying to sell the idea, yet, I doubt it would be worth anything.
