Why would you get mad about if you're not a rapist? You're the exact reason those videos exist cause you're brushing off rape as not a big deal. And then you're getting all defensive thinking women think of you as a rapist, so you rationalize dumb thoughts like, "I don't wanna be with women cause they'll accuse me of being a rapist" when the reality is these false rape accusations are extremely rare, talking low single digit percentages, but you like to fixate on these as your go-to defense.

It's not, it's blown completely out of proportion. Being raped is bad, but there is no rape culture and it's not the ultimate evil act that people make it out to be. Nobody talks about "murder culture" because it's so obviously stupid.

They got raped and so they want to raise awareness as they say and at a subconscious level its so they can feel strong by confronting a boogeyman now that the attacker is away. You can't use logic on them, that just doesn't work. Sad to hear but it's true. Try to conceptualize why they feel the need to emphasis this point.

I have to wonder if the rape culture people get so amped up about it because they also associate with minority populations that are more likely to cat call or look down on women, so it seems like a bigger problem than if they were in predominantly white or even asian neighborhoods. There's a video that was floating around of a woman walking around NY (I think) and all day she was getting harassed by black guys. My sister grew up in an upper middle class white neighborhood and never got cat called in her life, but as soon as she moved to an area that had mostly Hispanics then she was pestered almost every day (she moved back to a better neighborhood thankfully - no more cat calls thankfully).
