If you're an adult and she has not gone to the police, your responsibility as a man is to go over there and deal with it. Don't send pizzas to his house, don't try to get him in trouble, don't go to the police or the courts, and don't respond to him. Formulate a plan, keep it to yourself, and follow through. Not true. Filing a rape case isn't as easy as it sounds, especially for the woman involved, a full on investigation is conducted which is typically pretty humiliating and if it's been more than 48 hours then proving it is nigh to impossible.

And also it's not like justice is guaranteed granted that just today someone who was caught red handed raping an unconscious girl just got off jail after serving 3 months.

Or because conviction rate for rapists is low and even when it happens it's exceptionally lenient. My ex, who I absolutely despise right now for other reasons, got raped and reported it. The amount of processing, bureaucracy, shame, and testimonies she had to write down before they actually got the case started was beyond humiliating. And once a rape kit has been collected it sits in storage for 3-6 months before they process it. So if a woman gets raped today, the earliest they can hope for their rapist to be convicted is mid next year.
