Fisrt off is having peircing eyes really i priority for you right now?
There's about a hundred other things id do to improve myself before working on getting "peircing eyes"

That being said given the pic im going to geuss your a dude.
So dude this is what you got to do to get peircing eyes:

1● nofap.

2● healthy diet & exersise.

3● are you near sighted or have a lazy eye? People who do can get the look of sort of having they're eyes slightly crossed, if that aplies to you then you need to start doing eye exersises. I woudent recomend glasses as they only treat the symtom and not the cause and actauly make your sight worse.

4● be passionate, your mood shows threw your eyes so there's no faking it got be in a peircing mood to get those peircing eyes.

But if you can perfect the 'half-smile' look then guys look away and panties get wet.

Half-smile with making direct eye contact is the way to go; the half-smile makes it look like you're not trying to look 'hard' and also makes you look playful.

Stare people right into their eyes. One girl told me my eyes are kinda piercing because I just look her into eyes like it's nothing while most of people only look for a bit and then break the eye contact. I got big, wide eyes so lost on the genetics lottery with that.
Also, there's the "squinching" thing, pic related, sometimes I do it. I dunno how well it works, but better than being wide-eyed pupper all the way I guess.

As for color everybody jizzes their pants over blue eyes but t b h a blue eyed girl I'm seeing right now says she likes my hazel eyes a lot 'cause she finds blue boring since her and everybody in her family have 'em blue kek and I also remember there was a time somebody asked what's your favourite eye color on some fb group full of girls, and a lot of them said brown is their favourite. so no point in sweating over the color I guess?
