So for the past 3 days I've been arguing on the phone with my gf.
Long story short - i was at work all day and night, she barely spoke to me all day and then went on a night out without even telling me, she just sent me a 2 word message saying "i'm drunk" out the blue, then being really unresponsive. She didn't get back to me till 4pm the following day after she woke up hungover.
When I told her this annoyed me and was inconsiderate behaviour she refused to see why and told me I was being unreasonable.
Just had an argument on the phone with her. She just said she doesn't want to talk about it anymore, that I'm in the wrong and she was just laughing when I tried to explain calmly why I'm angry.
She is refusing to accept she has done anything wrong and won't apologise. She's now saying she won't talk to me until I'm out of a mood and that i've "really pissed her off" and 'we're not talking about it, end of"
I'm really hurt and frustrated by this and don't want to speak to her if she is adamantly refusing to discuss it anymore.
What's the best way to approach this?

We never normally fight like this it's not a recurring thing I don't see it as something worth ending things over, this is the first proper time she's genuinely pissed me off to this scale

There is no way to resolve this. You can't make someone give a shit about something they obviously don't.
And since what she obviously doesn't give a shit about are your opinion and being responsible, unless you want to be a bitch and be in a relationship with someone who doesn't fucking care about you and will not take responsibility for when she hurts you, you should fucking break up with her.

Your girlfriend behaves like a child. Thats who she is.
Either accept it or find a new girlfriend. Those are your two options. Voluntarily staying with a girl who acts like she's 12 and then being upset about it is not one of them.
