Hey anons,
Whats your opinion on keeping your gf in line? Just got a gf with a bit of an attitude problem and i'm curious. How do you go about keeping her in check? Do you/should you? And what's considered out of line?
I don't have any preconceived notion that I am in control of anyone else, so I just say something when I am bothered. If the girl has any intelligence, she'll get the message that enough carefully filed complaints is going to result in a breakup. I don't like to be domineering, but I also don't like to be disrespected. However, you can't strongarm people into respecting you, not unless you are the president of some evil dictatorship.

We have a social contract. Do you not have that? If someone knowingly breaks the stipulations of the contract then the contract is void.

some of the contract is voided, not all of it
it's not always okay to cheat on them as a result, nor is it okay to piss in their cereal

Just beat her. Works every time.

This.
Ever heard of communication anon? You won't believe how well it works for people who understand that speaking to others like you want to can and will pay off.

*like how you would want to be spoken to
Just don't put up with her shit and tell her that. If she gets assblasted about it then just don't care and ignore it until she calms down. I keep mine in line with good communication and being calm. If the problem is too big to solve then I'll just break up with her.
I love her and we're serious (2 years), but I'm not going live in a timebomb relationship by appeasel
