I used to think I recently acquired these traits ,but my mother tells me even when I was young I used to suspect people of plotting against me all the time, and used to wonder why they were mad at me. My mother said I was "too proud" and "not nice to people". Which is whack because I was nice and ok back then and even now I am rude. But I legit had so many fucking experiences where people were cruel to me that it did effect me quite abit. I was short back then, really short.
But I still always have this paranoia that people hate me, want me to keep from success etc. And it turns out that people are usually wanting to be my friends...wtf? So am I a paranoid schizo since birth? only other thing is that my father's loathing towards me, or maybe my mother's enabling conditioned me to suspect everyone - seems like a good way to control me because both of them are psycho level controlling / manipulative and abusive. Or maybe I really am just an unpleasant person? can someone please put in their 2 cents.
If you want to be a balanced and successful read about islam

Just chill out a bit and live your life the way you want to, if you "aren't nice" other people will just have to deal with it. Sometimes people are horrible and plot against you, you need a neutral stance where you don't assume anything but calculate based off of what could through what has been said or done.
If you read about psychopaths you come to the realization that there are people out there that will toss you around and play games and its best just to use your brain to figure out who they are and avoid them. Being nice to everyone and assuming the best of them is the way to go if you want to get toyed with like a doll.

OP stop fucking worrying lol
If you are legitimately paranoid schizo you would KNOW it, you wouldn't be like "Hmmm am I or am I not? Let's ask 4chan"

thank you good advice. Sometimes I wonder why /adv/ has so much good advice honestly, this place is 100 times better than reddit or any help I ever got.

Here's what happens OP:
>you go out questioning every single person about your suspicions
>discover that what you thought is what they're saying
>you'll constantly look for clues
>you end up shutting out every other possibility and keep pushing your agenda
>freak out the person
>tfw the unexplained hostility will remain unknown to you regardless of reason
You have very MILD schizo, I had bad enough schizo that I saw things at night all the time. I used logic and science to conquer it and no longer have it.
Example: No theres no floating clown head in the closet because science tells me theres no such thing as floating clown heads.
Use your logic when you think people are 'plotting' to take you down.
>Are there people willing to kill you assassin style because your too nice? No.
Problem solved.
