I had a big pimple on my chest for like a year now. Popped it

you may have to squeeze it to make sure it all comes out. and when your finished use a cotton ball put rubbing alcohol on it and the effected area makeing sure the alcohol gets inside the wound, it will burn like a bitch but it will clean it out. then bandage up the hole. possibly with gauze if you have it.

You can't. Go to a doctor so they can dig around with forceps and stitch it shut, or else you've got a possibility of it healing into a giant hole or getting massively infected.

Eh, no way i can sew myself up? It may actualy be a bad idea, forget it. Well, i guess i should visit a doctor. But its 11 pm right now. Ill see how things will be going tomorrow.

Does the pimple produce any blood once popped and if so, does it grow back again?

I had something on my chest resembling a sac of blood. When I used to pop it, mostly by accident, it grew back. I then got checked by multiple doctors who were unable to diagnose the issue and they eventually numbed my chest and surgically removed it before putting it in a jar for analysis. Never heard anything about it since. If anybody knows what it may be or has any questions, please inform me or ask for details.

could be a cyst, boil, wart. sounds like you just cut off the top if its a wart. i dont know, in any case you should have someone take it off if it hurts.
