Feel ill but probably am not

It feels like sleep deprivation really but even if i sleep ok it only feels worse the day after. And i wake up really suddenly now and never feel like i had any deep sleep or dreams like i used to. I just sort of wake up and start walking around and realize i feel detached form reality sonrtimes. Sorry for the spelling and grammar i am tired and on my phone

Make sure you have good sleeping posture, and ffs stop drinking coffee, sleep is important.

Get some blood tests just in case. Otherwise, get a regular sleep schedule and eat adequately. Make sure you're not hypoglicemic or something. Meditation may also help.

I stopped for 3 months and it didnt help. I really really really need coffee and or adderall to get through the day when I have school and an trying to find work and have a social life. A day without coffee is usually spent in bed for me

The thing is I know I probably dont have an illness a doctor wouldnt help at all... I mean i got a blood test for something unrelated not long ago so i believe it wouldve came up anyway. And ive already tried so much prescroption meds and pyschiatrosts are really expensive

sounds like you've got caffeine withdraw,if you've got headaches and your drinking coffee all day and night,..plus headaches. try drinking hot chocolate and spliff and bed . night night
