Tattooing takes time. Depending on the level of complexity, covering a single arm or leg can take 15-20 hours and a full front or back piece can take 25-30 hours. If the full body tattoo takes around 100 hours to complete then you're essentially paid 500$ an hour. In other worlds you receive five hundred dollars in exchange for allowing someone to permanently draw on your body for one hour. I think it would be a bad deal to take this offer once and it would be an even worse deal to take it 100 times in a row.

How much financial trouble are you in? because after you deduct what you owe, you will need to decide on how you use the remaining cash or if you can handle your finances in the future, or you will need to spend a LOT removing the tattoos in the future, as it is a very painful, time consuming process.
