Firstly, whatever happened to those 'NEET and Shut-in Advice Threads'?
Secondly, I've got one big fear before I go full Shut-in. What happens if I suddenly pass out or have some other serious health issue? If you're on your own, there's no one to take you to hospital.
If there's no one to take you to the hospital then you have two options. Call for an ambulance or stay at home and attempt to resolve the health issue on your own.

What if you faint, or otherwise lose consciousness?

Don't you want the sweet release of death?

Then possibly you can't do anything and that's a risk you take by being a complete shut-in. But surely before you pass out/lose consciousness there will be warning signs (such as persistently feeling light headed or dizzy) which you need to become aware of so that if those warning signs do come you can call an ambulance.

Pretty much this. If you live alone you aren't going to be able to do anything if you wait too long, so you'd just have to call an ambulance once you start seeing signs. Then again it really depends what it's a symptom of.

This sounds like an irrational fear to be honest. A high percentage of accidents happen at home. It's pure luck to have someone around who renders first aid.
I've been called to emergencies where the family comes back from grocery shopping only to find grandpa lying dead on the kitchen floor.
So no matter if you're a NEET or not, you can sill die every day at home.
