i can't relax, every time i try to relax without a joystick i just get tachycardia, things get even worse if i try marijuana/hashish
Any suggestion?

Go to a cardiologist. Get an EKG / ECHO. Cannabis is known to exacerbate cardiovascular issues. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants until you see a doctor.

I'm 26 and have an arrhythmia that's getting worse. I have a friend who has had heart issues since 12, and a cousin who had to have a new heart at age 4. Shit can strike any time, especially if you have a family history of heart issues.
