I'm not sure if this girl I just met is into me. She laughs at everything I say but Im not sure if that means she is into me or trying to get rid of me. She also actively talks to me and doesnt give me the cold shoulder deal but she might just be very friendly and social. Should I ask her out soon or is she not interested? We are both college freshmen and we talked for a good 30-40 minutes after meeting our professor.
Also any body language advice would be appreciated.

For body language you better visit your local library and check books out on the subject.
You can only find out if you ask her out.

It sounds like she is interested, and all you have described is a good indication.
If you want info on body language i would check out Unmasking the Face by Ekman.
It focuses on interpreting facial expression and even has exercises to practice recognizing them yourself.
I don't laugh at whatever people say unless it's really fucking funny and I don't actively talk to guys unless I have to. If I'm into you, I'm pretty giggly and smiley, and actually try to keep in contact.
But that's just me, anon, I don't know about your girl. People are different. You should observe how she acts around others. Though, if you want to ask her out and have the courage to do so, just do it. That's the easiest way to know if she's interested anyway.

I probably will ask herr out next time I see her outside of class. Was going to do it today but realized I dont even have a context or know a place where we could go. I literally just met her today but I guess I'm lucky that I am very good at leaving a stellar first impression on people (as I have been told).
